Today we had our special Christmas service at church. The service went well. Even with everyone traveling to their home places for Christmas the tent was packed. It was my first time to head up a children’s program. They did a great job with their verses and song! I was so proud of them. =) I also shared the responsibility of the piano playing with another lady at the church, Stella. I really enjoyed it today!
I would like to ask you all to continue praying for the missionary’s wife, Maryann Weaver. Her surgery is scheduled for this Thursday the 18th. I would also like to ask prayer for my 6 year old niece, Esther. The doctors have confirmed that the cancer has returned. She has a mass and they are still testing to see if it is in her bones. I know that God is always in control and that brings peace to my heart, but it still hurts to get such news. As I pray He keeps reminding me that He loves her and that she belongs to him. I will praise Him whatever the outcome because He is my Heavenly Father.
