It started with teaching at the school in Jua Kali. I had another wonderful Friday morning with them. Their looks were so cute as I shared with them that God knows the number of hairs on their head. This Friday will be my last with them until 2011. I have planned a miniature Christmas party for them. =)
As soon as I was done teaching in Jua Kali I traveled to the town of Nyahururu which is 2 ½ hours away. On Saturday I taught a Sunday School Seminar for the teachers in the Bible Baptist Church of Nyahururu and other Bible Baptist churches in the surrounding areas. We had 27 in attendance! Some of them have been teaching Sunday school for years and others were interested in becoming teachers.
Today we had a great service in church. I taught Sunday school afterwards. The kids and I had a great time continuing our lesson series on the life of Esther. Emily was back today and I was able to give her the Bible I had promised her. She was the girl that got saved last month. This afternoon we had our final Awana time until 2011. The kids presented songs and verses in the church service. They did a great job!
