The Lord gave us another wonderful day at the nursery school in Jua Kali! The kids were outside when I arrived, but ran very quickly to their seats when they saw me. =) Today the lesson was about Jesus calming the storm. With the help of notes I was able to teach the lesson in Swahili and then the teacher translated it into Maasai for the very small children.
I am really enjoying my time with these children. It is so wonderful to share about Jesus with them. From the looks on their faces as I teach them I believe for most (if not all) this is the first time they have heard these stories from the Bible.
The Lord has also blessed me with 10 students that would like to learn to play the piano. Now I am trying to figure out a schedule for teaching them. I love taking what I have been taught and passing it on so that others might serve the Lord in the Church!
