My Parents and Sister’s Visit (part 6)

For my family’s second Sunday here in Kenya we went to the Mt. Kenya Baptist Church in Nanyuki.  My dad was asked to greet the church and give his testimony.  When he was finished Rebekah and I had the privilege of singing one last duet together.  It was a precious moment for me!  I truly miss singing with my sisters and dad.

This is my Pastor and his wife, Pastor Kibera and Milicent.  We had them to my house for dinner and fellowship one night.  Another wonderful evening of fellowship!!!  I was overjoyed that my family got to meet so many wonderful people God has brought into my life!

With all the house projects done we left for Nairobi Sunday afternoon.  We went for a little more shopping and our last supper together.

After a long day of driving and getting settled in to where we were spending the night we didn't look so good, but we wanted to get a picture of our m&m shirts.

7th born and 2nd born hanging out together! We always shared a room and talked past midnight. =)

Our last breakfast together and Rebekah finally ordered a Malindi Macchiato with me. =)

On our last day together I took them to the Giraffe Center.

Yes!  You are really seeing it!  Rebekah is kissing the giraffe!

Shhhhh!  The elders have come together to watch the Mzungu (white man) take a photo. =)
